1. Applicant must be a Hong Kong permanent resident.
   申請人必須為香港永久居民。
2. Applicant must be an undergraduate or postgraduate student currently enrolled in a tertiary education degree programme.
   申請人必須為専上學院的學位課程的本科生或研究生。
3. Application deadline is 21 April 2017.
   申請截止日期為2017年4月21日。
