28 May 2025 (Wed)

Kenny Shui, Vice President of Our Hong Kong Foundation and Executive Director of Public Policy Institute, was invited to speak at the symposium "Fostering Silver Economy, Leading Quality Elderly & Rehabilitation Care Practices", organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) as part of Hong Kong International Medical and Healthcare Fair on 27 May.

He also highlighted ways to enable seniors, at a community level, to purchase gerontechnology products and renovate their homes more easily.

Fellow speakers at the symposium included Mr Tse Lok Him, Chief Electronics Engineer (Health Sector 1), Electrical & Mechanical Services Department, the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; Joyce Ho, Director (Tech Enablement), HKCSS; and Joseph Yuen, Deputy Head (Community Services), Tung Wah Group of Hospitals.
