OHKF President Dr Jane Lee was invited as speaker for the Straight Talk aired on TVB Pearl!
Interviewed by Dr Eugene Chan, the talk show host and OHKF Advisor, she shared her insights about the present and future role of think tanks, policy research and advocacy impact of OHKF and her views on the Policy Address 2024.
She says this year's Policy Address is a right direction. She reckons building more hostels and offering more job opportunities can attract more talents to stay in HK.
Dr Lee also suggests the government to adjust the current 70-30 public private flat ratio to encourage young people to buy in their own home.
