Senior Officer, Advocacy (Social Media)

Responsibilities：

• Conduct research and interviews, write video scripts for public policy related feature stories
• Work with video editors and graphic designers to produce videos for presenting on Facebook page and YouTube Channel 政策‧正察
• Contribute creative ideas on video content and format
• Promote content through social advertising, measure and optimize efforts

Requirements：

• Bachelor degree in Journalism, Public Policy or related discipline
• Strong writing skills and the ability to produce sophisticated stories in relation to public policy
• Sound news judgement and creative mind
• Digital and multimedia skills, and a strong visual sensibility
• At least 5 years of news writing/reporting/editing experience
• Experience in online media is an advantage
• A self-motivated person, and a good team player with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Officer
