    Senior Officer, Editorial

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the publication cycle from concept generation to production, ensuring the end-products are on-brand and delivery is on time
    • Work closely with the Editorial–Publications Team and Research Team to produce quality publications
    • Edit and proofread texts, and contribute to the visual direction of print materials
    • Coordinate editorial workflows to ensure the timely delivery of contents
    • Drive the entire publication-making process by working with external parties, including designers, translators, copyeditors and print houses
    • Provide administrative support as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Recognized university degree or above in Publishing, Literary or Language Studies, Translation, Media Studies or other related disciplines
    • Experience in editorial, publishing or other equivalent fields
    • Project management skills, with organization and problem-solving capabilities
    • Experience in collaborating with internal and external parties to produce written materials and publications
    • Good editing skills, detail-oriented, and accuracy focused
    • Excellent communication skills, and proficient in both written and spoken English and/or Chinese
    • Less experience / Fresh graduates will be considered as Officer / Assistant Officer
