Secretary

    Responsibilities: 

    • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Vice President (Operations)
    • Provide secretarial and logistics support to the Board, Council, Committee and Management Meetings
    • Organize and prepare reports, meeting papers, presentation materials and minutes
    • Prepare internal and external correspondences
    • Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

    Requirements: 

    • Holder of bachelor degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
    • At least 3 years’ experience in executive / corporate secretarial of Board/Committee work in sizable organizations
    • Relevant experience with professional firms and/or public sector organisations will be an asset
    • Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented
    • Excellent command of written English and Chinese
    • Mature team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
