Senior Officer / Officer, Human Resources & Administration

    (English Only)

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for full range of HR functions & office administration
    • Assist in leave management, MPF administration and regular reporting
    • Assist in organizing employee relations activities and training programs
    • Maintain the HR system and personnel records in a professional manner
    • Handle ad hoc tasks when necessary

     

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
    • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in human resources and office administration
    • Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances
    • Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proactive, strong ethics, detail-oriented and a good team player
    • Able to multitask, work in dynamic & fast-moving environment
    • Fresh Graduate / less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
    • Immediately available is highly preferred
