Officer / Assistant Officer, Programs

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate the processes and schedules for the designated program
    • Provide administrative support to various activities, it includes drafting of proposal, planning, organizing, implementing, promoting, etc.
    • Proactively approach and handle issues and troubleshooting any emerging problems before and during the program or event
    • Follow through and conduct pre- and post-program evaluations and reports
    • Perform ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by the team

     

    Requirements:

    • Degree holder or above in Marketing, Communication, Project Management or other related disciplines
    • Minimum 3 years solid experience in program designing, organization and project implementation skills
    • A good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin; good writing skills
    • Experience in organizing forums, China-related programs and field trips
    • Well-organized, problem-solving skills and attention to details
    • A team player with a pleasant personality and pro-active working attitude
    • Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
    • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
