Glaciers are often found in the US, Canada and South Pole. But in China, in Sichuan’s Heishui Country of Aba Prefecture, is a glacier hidden from the world. Known as the Dagu Glacier, it’s where one can find glaciers, snowy mountains, forests and meadows, all in one place. The Dagu Glacier is a modern mountain glacier, which is rare in Asia. Just 270km away from the capital of Sichuan, Chengdu, means it’s just a few hours’ drive from the city.
