    助理主任, 技術支援

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for daily desktop support to end users
    • Responsible for system and network administration/ support
    • Monitor servers, mail, virtualization platform and other IT related facilities
    • Ensure application availability, perform regular capacity planning, housekeeping to maintain system healthiness and disaster recovery planning
    • Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as required

    Requirements:

    • Diploma in Computer Science/ IT and related discipline
    • 1 year of work experience in an IT support, fresh graduate welcome
    • Familiar with PC hardware & software or Mac
    • Basic server & network knowledge, experience in O365 preferred
    • Holder of MCSA, MCSE, CCNA is preferable
    • Good communication, problem-solving & time management skills
    • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
