Responsibilities:
- Provide office administration services, clerical work, and other daily operations support
- Provide support for pre-event logistics, on-site support and post-event follow up
- Assist in onboarding, and other employee relations activities
- Maintain the HR system and personnel records in a professional manner
- Handle ad hoc tasks when necessary
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or above, fresh graduate will also be considered
- 2 years’ experience in office administration is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, strong ethics and detail-oriented
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
