2024 Policy Address is releasing on 16 October. Pascal Siu, Senior Researcher, Our Hong Kong Foundation, wishes to see the Government promote green and sustainable development in 2 key areas. 

Firstly, he hopes that Hong Kong will refine the entire ecosystem of climate disclosure to assist listed companies in meeting the new climate disclosure requirements and providing high quality information to investors by 2025. 

Moreover, he is of the opinion that a Hong Kong standard for certifying corporate climate information should be established. 

In addition, he would be grateful if Hong Kong could consider setting more standards to advance the development of green technology.
