Our Hong Kong Foundation held the Insight Forum, entitled “Leading Through Uncertainty: Decision-Making, AI and Complexity” on 7 May. The Forum addressed the subjects of strategic clarity, complexity mastery, and the relationship between artificial intelligence (AI) and human agency.

Dave Snowden, Co-founder of Singapore’s Insight Centre, noted that the application of inductive reasoning by information technology and computers, and of abductive reasoning by humans.

He mentioned that, with the development of AI, humans are more accustomed to making quick decisions based on a partial data scan, privileged in their most recent experience.
