"CHINA TODAY" EP09: Conservation of cultural heritage in Dunhuang, China

Mogao Grottoes in China is one of the largest Buddhist art sacred sites in the world, but it has been eroded by the environment and is constantly degrading. Fortunately, technological development has enabled permanent preservation of some caves. After more than 30 years of hard work, the staff has completed the digitization of more than 230 caves.
