Mr Marcus LEUNG

Marcus Leung is a Researcher at Our Hong Kong Foundation, conducting policy research and advocacy related to Greater Bay Area development and maritime services. He has published commentaries on topics such as Greater Bay Area development and enterprises ‘going global’.
He holds a BSc in History and Politics (First Class Honours) from the London School of Economics and Political Science. His studies were fully funded by the HKSAR Government through the Hong Kong Scholarship of Excellence Scheme.
