Andy is a Senior Manager of Advocacy of Our Hong Kong Foundation, where he leverages his expertise as a chartered town planner with over 20 years of experience across academia, government, NGO, and private sectors. He managed a research team at the School of Architecture of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, focusing on community planning and public engagement research. He has also worked in the Planning Department and a private planning consultancy. Prior to his role at OHKF, he also gained valuable experience during his tenure at the Hong Kong Council of Social Service, where he conducted research on interdisciplinary topics related to social welfare resources and land and housing issues.
Beyond his planning expertise, Andy has also ventured into other fields, including Geographic Information System (GIS), elderly services, and education, with a multi-angled approach to analyze and advocate for public policy.
