Mr CHAN Wing-kee

Mr Chan received a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University USA in 1970. He joined Yangtzekiang Garment Ltd in 1970 as Production Manager and later became Sales Manager, he was appointed as Director in 1977, and then he has been the Managing Director since 1987 and was re-designated from Managing Director to Executive Director in January 2021. He is also an Executive Director of YGM Trading Limited; Director of Hong Kong Knitters Ltd; Independent Non-Executive Director of Kingboard Holdings Limited. 

Mr Chan was a Standing Committee Member of 10th, 11th, 12th The Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of The People’s Republic of China; Deputy of the 8th and 9th National People’s Congress of China; Ex-Vice Chairman of China Overseas Friendship Association. 

Mr Chan currently is Permanent Honorary President & Chairman of Federation of Hong Kong Guangdong Community Organisations; Honorary Chairman & President of Hong Kong Federation of Overseas Chinese Associations; Permanent Honorary Chairman of Friends of Hong Kong Association; Permanent Honorary President of Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong; Honorary Chairman of Textile Council of Hong Kong; Honorary President of Federation of Hong Kong Garment Manufacturers; Honorary Chairman of Hong Kong Shippers’ Council; Honorary Chairman of The Hong Kong Exporters' Association; Chairman of Cheng Si-Yuan (China-International) Hepatitis Research Foundation.
