Mr David WONG Shou-yeh

Mr Wong was appointed as the Chairman of Dah Sing Financial Holdings Limited (“DSFH”) in 1987. He is also the Chairman of Dah Sing Banking Group Limited (“DSBG”), Dah Sing Bank, Limited (“DSB”), Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A., Dah Sing Insurance Company Limited (formerly known as Dah Sing Insurance Company (1976) Limited) and Macau Insurance Company Limited. He was a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of DSFH, DSBG and DSB until December 2023. Mr Wong is the Honorary President of Guangdong Chamber of Foreign Investors. He was the Vice President of The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has over 60 years of experience in banking and finance. He is the father of Mr Harold Tsu-Hing Wong, an Executive Director and the Group General Manager of DSFH.
