Mr Franklin Lam is the Founder of HKGolden50, an independent non-profit policy research organisation. Prior to HKGolden50, Franklin held senior regional leadership positions with a leading global investment bank. He has been rated by global fund managers as top analyst in a number of subjects for over a decade. He served as a Part-time Member of the Central Policy Unit during the Asian Financial Crisis, and was a Non-official Member of the Executive Council of Hong Kong SAR.
