Mr Harold WONG Tsu-hing

Mr. Wong, aged 56, is currently a Vice Chairman, Managing Director and Chief Executive of Dah Sing Bank, Limited (“DSB”) and an Executive Director and the Group General Manager of Dah Sing Financial Holdings Limited (“DSFH”).
Mr. Wong is an experienced banker with more than 25 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. Mr. Wong joined DSB in 2000 and was appointed as an Executive Director in 2005 and a Vice Chairman in March 2010. Mr. Wong was appointed as Managing Director and Chief Executive of DSB in August 2017. Mr. Wong was appointed as the Group General Manager of DSFH in April 2011 and an Executive Director of DSFH in January 2024. Mr. Wong is also a Director of Dah Sing Bank (China) Limited, Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A., Dah Sing Insurance Company Limited, Macau Insurance Company Limited and Macau Pension Fund Management Company Limited.
Prior to his career in financial services, Mr. Wong practised as a solicitor in England and Wales and Hong Kong with international law firms from the United Kingdom.
Mr. Wong is actively involved in community and public services. He is currently a Member of the Election Committee (Finance Subsector), a Member of the Advisory Committee of the Securities and Futures Commission, a Non-official Member of Strategic Committee on Commodities, Vice President of the Council, Honorary Secretary and Executive Committee Member and Chairperson of the Administration & Finance Committee of The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers, a Chairperson of the Banking and Finance Training Board of the Vocational Training Council, a Member of Employees Retraining Board, a Member of 54th Office Bearer of the Standing Committee, a Member of the External Affairs Committee and a Member of the Greater Bay Area Committee of The Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong, a Member of the Hong Kong Academy of Finance, an Advisor of Our Hong Kong Foundation, an Executive Vice Chairman of the 9th Council of Hong Kong Guangdong Chamber of Foreign Investors, a Deputy Director of the Economic Affairs Committee of the Friends of Hong Kong Association Limited, an Advisor to the Business and Professional Alliance for Hong Kong and a Honorary Advisor of The Hong Kong Food Council.
Mr. Wong holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University, U.S.A. and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from King’s College, London, and is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales and in Hong Kong.
Mr. Wong was awarded the “Executive Award” by the DHL/SCMP “Hong Kong Business Awards” in 2013. In October 2020, he was appointed a Justice of the Peace by the Chief Executive of Hong Kong SAR.
