Shirley is a Researcher at Our Hong Kong Foundation, contributing to research and advocacy projects in the areas of arts, sports, and education. She holds a Master’s degree in Behavioral and Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California.
Prior to joining OHKF, Shirley had experience in policy research, behavioral design, and content development, with a focus on translating interdisciplinary insights into actionable strategies.
