Mr Nixon CHAU

Mr. Nixon Chau is the former Managing Director and General Manager of SenseTime Hong Kong. He has over 20 years of experience in business development across Canada, Singapore, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan markets.

As the former Managing Director, Nixon was responsible for the overall thought leadership, go-to-market strategy and building C-suite client relationships with key accounts. Prior to his role at SenseTime, Nixon had worked at Pivotal, SAP and Oracle.

Apart from his business endeavors, Nixon is passionate about building Hong Kong start-up ecosystem. He is the advisory board member of the CUHK Alumni Entrepreneurs Association (CUAEA) and fully supports the development of the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Nixon holds an Executive MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia in Canada. He also participated Technology & Innovation Management Program at UC Berkeley. He is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
