Mr Philip Lawrence KADOORIE

Mr Philip Lawrence Kadoorie, aged 34, has served as a non-executive director of CLP Holdings since August 2018. He started his career with operational work in commercial property, investment management and the energy sector.

In 2017, Mr Kadoorie joined Sir Elly Kadoorie & Sons Limited, where he serves as a Director, overseeing a number of Kadoorie Family interests in Hong Kong and overseas. Since the same year, he has also been a non-executive director of The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels Limited and has served as Deputy Chairman since 2025. Additionally, Mr Kadoorie is Chairman of Metrojet Limited, a Director of Heliservices (Hong Kong) Limited and an Independent Non-Executive Director of CK Hutchison Holdings Limited.

Mr Kadoorie is an Advisor of Tsinghua University EMPA Hong Kong programme. He also serves as a trustee, board member and advisor to various community organisations, continuing his family tradition of public service.

Mr Kadoorie holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Boston University and a Commercial Pilot’s Licence from the Federal Aviation Administration. He studied Putonghua at Tsinghua University. Mr Kadoorie is the son of the Honourable Sir Michael Kadoorie, Chairman of CLP Holdings.
