Amid a global talent war and industry transformation trends, building an international education hub is a key strategy not just to cultivate future talents and support new industry growth, but also to raise Hong Kong’s profile in talent attraction and cultural exchange.
Combining stakeholders’ insights and international case studies, OHKF puts forward 9 policy recommendations to attract global talents to Hong Kong to study and build their careers. The report advocates utilising the strength of Hong Kong’s Higher Education sector, accelerating its growth, and diversifying our student mix in order to realise the vision of an international education hub.
