Ryan Ip, Vice President of Our Hong Kong Foundation and Executive Director of the Public Policy Institute, was invited to speak at the REHDA Institute Regional Housing Conference 2026 in Malaysia on 29 July. His sharing focused on market-based finance and policy innovation in Hong Kong to develop affordable housing and promote homeownership. Nga Kor Ming, Minister of Housing and Local Government of Malaysia, and Datuk Fadlun Mak Ujud, Mayor of Kuala Lumpur, also spoke at the conference.
