               基金會發現,樓價在過去15年上漲了五倍多,但同期

               新加坡模式,根據香港實際情況制定出一條可行的                             �  首次置業免息貸款
               路徑,以此提出「港人組屋計劃」,目標是讓70%至
               80%的香港市民擁有恆產。「港人組屋計劃」包含
               十項措施,將會分別惠及現有公屋租戶、公屋輪候
               冊家庭∕劏房租戶、未補價的資助出售房屋業主、
               白表家庭以及首次置業青年,協助社會各階層實踐
               安居夢想。
