Assistant Officer, Administration

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide office administration services, clerical work, and other daily operations support 
    • Provide support for pre-event logistics, on-site support and post-event follow up
    • Assist in onboarding, and other employee relations activities
    • Maintain the HR system and personnel records in a professional manner
    • Handle ad hoc tasks when necessary

     

    Requirements:

    • Associate Degree or above, fresh graduate will also be considered
    • 2 years’ experience in office administration is preferred
    • Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proactive, strong ethics and detail-oriented
    • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
